The Castnetter Beach Resort
Our Holmes Beach property is located at Gulf Drive & 41st Street. Conveniently located at the (7) Acre Lifeguard protected Manatee Public Beach. Enjoy the views of the Gulf at the Beach Cafe, a great spot for pancake breakfast, lunch and live entertainment as well as a playground for the kids. Steps away you’ll find the West Coast Surf Shop stocked with beach apparel and supplies. The legendary “Skinny’s Place” is right across the street, serving up ice cold mugs of beer and the best burger on the beach. Just around the corner is the Island Shopping Centre which serves all of your shopping needs including eleven eateries, specialty shops, grocery, liquor store and other Island conveniences.
Our Bradenton Beach property is located at Gulf Drive and 13th Street. Conveniently located at the Lifeguard protected Coquina Public Beach and walking distance to Historic Bridge Street and the Bradenton City Pier. The Bridge Street district offers a wide variety of great restaurants, watering holes, shopping and great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intra Costal Waterway. The beautiful White-Sands of Coquina Beach is 15 yards from your front door. This location offers unobstructed views of the emerald green waters and White-Sands of the Gulf of Mexico (Sunsets Included).
From either location you can hop on the free “Island Trolley” to explore the other 7 beautiful miles of Anna Maria Island. Many Florida attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Centre, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Mote Marine, Ringling Museum and St. Armand’s Circle are a short drive away. The recreational activities are too numerous to list and the weather is too fantastic to believe. Of course, the White-Sand Beaches are unparalleled with pristine Emerald Green Waters and vibrant Sunsets. Great Fishing, Boating, Shelling and Lazy Days at the Beach…we offer it all!

Castnetter 2 is a delightful island locale offering Breath-Taking unobstructed Views of the Gulf of Mexico and is conveniently located at the North Entrance to the Coquina Public Beach and 1/2 mile from Historic Bridge Street. The “Free” Anna Maria Island Trolley stops at your front door. You can enjoy the Gulf Views and Sunsets from your Living Room sofa or Kitchen table. This beautiful two bedroom unit has Queen Size Beds in both the Master & Guest Suites and a Queen Sleeper sofa in the Living Room.

Castnetter 5 is located directly across the street from the seven acre “Manatee Public Beach” and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful and totally renovated two bedroom unit with (2) Full Baths, sleeps six with a Queen Size bed in the Master Suite, Two Twin Size beds in the Guest Room, and a Queen Size sofa sleeper in the Living Room and full kitchen. Pool-Side private 10′ x 35′ Sun Deck is accessible through double doors in the Living Room. There is a 50” Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and 32” Flat Screen TV’s in both the Master Suite and Guest Bedroom.

Fully loaded Kitchen with Dishwasher and Microwave. A private 10′ x 35′ Sun Deck is accessible from the Living Room which includes a Dining Table & Chairs, Chaise Loungers and beautiful Gulf sunset views.
