Anna Maria Island's Castnetter "5" is a delightful Island local located directly across the street from the seven acre "Manatee Public Beach" and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful and totally renovated two bedroom unit with (1) Full Bath and (1) Half Bath, sleeps six with a Queen Size bed in the Master Suite, Two Twin Size beds in the Guest Room, and a Queen Size sofa sleeper in the Living Room. Fully loaded Kitchen with Dishwasher and Mircowave. Pool-Side private 10' x 35' Sun Deck is accessible through double doors in the Living Room. Sun Deck area includes a Dining Table & Chairs, Chaise Loungers and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico's sunsets. Laundry room facilities are included at "No-Charge." There is a 32" Flat Screen TV w/DVD player in the Living Room and a 21" Flat Screen TV in the Master Suite. Wi-Fi High Speed Internet, expanded Cable Line-up and free National Long Distance calling is included at "No-Charge." Bicycles, Beach Chairs & Beach Gear are available for our Guest's enjoyment. Three night rentals are available during the Summer months. There is a one week minimum stay during the Winter months.

Daily: $185.00	Weekly: $1,200.00
Maximum occupancy (6) persons per unit. Rates based on (4) persons per unit. A charge for additional Guest(s) of $15.00 per person/per day will apply. One week minimum rentals apply during the Winter months (12/15/2011 – 4/30/2012). Holiday rates may apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Rates plus 11.5% Sales & Lodging Tax.
