Castnetter “10” is a charming Studio..... that has recently undergone complete interior renovations for a fresh, Tropical “At-The-Beach” ambience. This efficiency comfortably sleeps four in a “Suite” like setting which includes a Queen Size bed and a Queen Size sofa bed with Full Bath.

Refrigerator, Microwave and Coffee Maker are provided for your convenience. This newly upgraded unit includes all new furnishings and accessories, a new 32” Flat Screen TV including an expanded cable line-up, Wi-Fi and Unlimited Long Distance service is also included. Complete Laundry Room. Boat/Jet Ski parking is available. Three night rentals are available during the Summer months. There is a one week minimum stay during the Winter months.

Maximum occupancy (4) persons per unit. Rates based on (2) persons per unit. A charge for additional Guest(s) of $15.00 per person/per day will apply. One week minimum rentals apply during the Winter months (12/15/2011 – 4/30/2012). Holiday rates may apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Rates plus 11.5% Sales & Lodging Tax.
